Website privacy.
This notice explains the information handled by this website and its fleet introduction form.
Information you choose to provide
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, whether that number is connected to WhatsApp or Telegram, driver or owner-operator interest, experience, and an optional message. Owner-operators also provide their truck details and state. These details are used to discuss working with EL QUALITY INC.
How your introduction is sent
After you review and submit, your introduction is saved in our private application database, hosted by Hostinger. Authorized team members can review your details and keep internal follow-up notes. When email notifications are enabled, our email provider delivers your application to our designated recruiting inboxes and sends a position details to your email address. When SMS follow-up is enabled, our team uses Quo to send relevant recruiting messages to your phone. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS. You can also choose to send an introduction directly by email.
Applications submitted through our Facebook or Instagram lead forms may be stored in our Google Sheets and imported into the same private recruiting dashboard. We use Gmail for enabled email follow-ups and keep message delivery records alongside your inquiry.
